We hire out our Campervan from Harrietsham in Kent. Below is some of the regular questions we get asked. Our van has a welcome pack onboard with operation instructions. If you cannot find the answer to your questions below please fill out our contact form or give us a call.
What is included in the standard hire?
One main driver, fully comprehensive insurance cover and breakdown. The van has a 2 hob burner and supplied with cooking gas. Cutlery, plates and cups are also included. Hook up leads supplied along with breakdown kit. Our van also includes 250miles average daily allowance. Extra miles are charged additionally at 15p per mile

How much is your security deposit?
Our refundable security deposit is £1000 payable upon collection of the camper by debit card. Cash is not accepted.

What time is pick up and drop off?
Pick up is 12pm and drop off 10am. If you wish to pick up or drop off earlier/later this will come at an additional cost.

Can I bring my dog?
We allow small dogs only and have a pet cleaning charge of £50.
​
Is your camper manual or automatic?
Our camper is 5 speed manual.
​
Do you have a bike rack to hire?
Yes we do, it is charged at £5 a day.

Will I be shown how to use the pop top?
During our thorough handovers we will demonstrate how to put the pop top up and back down again in the correct way.

Is any bedding supplied?
No bedding is supplied other than a self inflated mattress in the pop top which is already in place for your comfort when you drive away. We do recommend taking a mattress topper for the lower bed if you wish to have an extra bit of comfort.

Do you have an awning?
We currently do not supply an awning, however we do suggest to bring along a pop up tent if you have a lot of belongings. Note when booking campsites you may not be able to put up a pop up tent on a hardstanding pitch.

How many people does the camper sleep?
Our camper sleeps 4, maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.
There are only 4 seatbelts in the camper (no iso fix) Child seats can be put in via the seatbelts.
