It all started with our journey to Italy in a motor home with the kids in 2018. Ever since we got back we have been itching to get back on the road. One thing we realised is that we didn’t need a shower and toilet as we never used it once due to the great facilities at Campsites. This is a good thing as trying to manoeuvre the big motorhome throughout the narrow roads of Europe is a big challenge, and I like to think of myself as a good driver.
Why did we choose a VW Transporter?
We always loved the idea of an old VW camper van, but travelling with kids and going long distances we needed something with a bit more reliability. It had to still be a VW, modern and reliable.
